A space for senior leaders — designed for depth
The upcoming salon series is created specifically for senior executives and seasoned leaders who manage other managers, shape strategy, and still wish to grow — personally and professionally.
Each series brings together 8–9 peers for four intimate evening sessions (May – September 2026) held in our home in Espergærde. Through facilitated, open conversations, you’ll exchange insights, challenge assumptions, and rediscover the power of dialogue.
We expect topics to evolve depending on participants input, but are likely to center around:
