In an age of endless meetings, overloaded calendars, and “Death by PowerPoint,” The Smedegaard Conversation Salons offer something rare and valuable: a pause for deep, reflective dialogue between experienced leaders.
Inspired by Copenhagen’s Golden Age salons – where artists, thinkers, and scientists gathered to exchange ideas – this modern interpretation brings together senior executives and managers of managers for meaningful, unhurried conversations about leadership, purpose, and direction.
Each salon series consists of four evening sessions at our home in Espergærde, where 8–9 leaders meet as peers, exchange perspectives, and challenge each other’s assumptions in a safe and stimulating space.
