Marianne Smedegaard Andersen

Human Resource Management and Organizational Development is part of my DNA and I’m passionately obsessed with ensuring a clear link between business strategy and the HR agenda.

I have recently completed two different board educations from respectively CBS Executive Education and The Board Institute that I look forward to putting into practice.

I’m intrigued by al phases of the HR agenda from entrance to exit – but my heart lies with people and organizational development. I strive to be a true partner for senior executives – a partner who can act like sounding board to test ideas, who challenges leaders to do extraordinary stuff, and who is there to support and stand by in times of need.

For me HR is about providing perspective and insights, about celebrating diversity and insisting on inclusion and addressing unique needs.

HR is also for me is also about empathy, consistency, and bravery. It is about having the ability to relate to and connect with people for the purpose of inspiring and empowering their lives.
